PS... cooked this last night with fingers crossed that my husband approved. I did change it up a tad with half a small bottle of Passata and as you suggested water from the pasta, plus a couple of Italian sausages, the meat squeezed out for mini “meatballs”, the verdict, “Thankyou, that was very tasty” ✔️✔️

What I love about your posts is that you always give people other options. How many times have a seen people asking “what if I don’t have” or “can I use this or that”, I’m always thinking...think outside the square, you don’t have to follow a recipe totally, use your imagination. We are a great lover of pasta in our household, but my husbands favourite is prawns and chorizo with Arrabbiata sauce, so every now and again I drop in some other version and I’m sure he would enjoy this
